2.2 Information Collected Automatically

Location Data:

Riders: We collect your precise GPS location when the app is in use (foreground) to match you with nearby drivers, track your ride in real time, and provide accurate fare estimates. We may also collect location data in the background if you have enabled this permission.

Drivers: We collect your precise GPS location when the app is in the foreground and background while you are online or available, during active rides, and for a short period after ride completion. This is essential for matching, navigation, fare calculation, safety monitoring, and earnings tracking.

Location data is collected using GPS, Wi-Fi, cell tower triangulation, and other methods.

Device and Technical Information:

Device type, model, manufacturer, operating system and version

Unique device identifiers (IMEI, advertising ID, device ID)

IP address, network information, mobile carrier, and network type

Browser type and version, app version and build number

Device sensor data (accelerometer, gyroscope) for trip safety analysis

After the ride, both parties may see each other’s first name and rating for review purposes.
